Paydough is your comprehensive platform designed to enhance your store's online visibility, and to get paid easily.





By using Paydough, your business becomes easier to find online, helping it appear higher in search results when consumers look for directions, recommendations, or events. 


This means more eyes on your business and better chances of attracting customers.


In addition to maximising your store's visibility, Paydough offers tools to manage Reviews across multiple channels through a unified inbox and to track your business's online performance metrics.


Paydough's simple Payments and Invoicing tools help your business to get paid easier.


Getting Started: Login and Activation

Once you sign up, you'll receive an email to set up your account with a one time login code. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check the inbox of the email address you registered with, including the spam folder.

Navigating the Dashboard

With your account activated, you’ve reached the main dashboard. Here, you can:

  • View insights into your business's online presence.
  • Check your profile's visibility and identify areas for improvement.
  • Access and manage your reviews inbox.



Track Your Online Performance

On the Dashboard page, you can monitor your business’s online presence metrics.If you have connected your Google and Facebook accounts, you can also view specific metrics from these platforms.


Location Details: Optimise Your Local Search Presence

In the Location section, you can manage your business information to ensure it stands out in local searches. Make sure to provide comprehensive details about your business, including:

  • Basic information like phone number, email, website, and opening hours.
  • A brief description of your business.
  • Photos and logos.
  • Special opening hours.


Integrations: Manage Your Online Presence Across Multiple Platforms

In the Integrations section of the dashboard, you can manage all the platforms where your business appears. A channel is a platform that syncs information with Get Found to ensure your business information is visible in local searches.


For platforms like Google and Facebook, account verification is required before connecting. To connect them:

  1. Click on Connect.
  2. Sign in to Google or Facebook.
  3. If multiple locations are linked to the same account, choose which business you want to connect to Paydough.
  4. Allow the sync
