How to View and Reply to Reviews

The Reviews Inbox allows you to respond directly to customer reviews from your Listings hub, providing a streamlined way to manage your ratings across multiple platforms without needing to visit each site individually. 



To reply to a Review


Select Reviews from the menu


You’ll see:

  • Your most recent reviews
  • Star ratings and comments
  • The platform where the review was posted

To reply :

  1. Click Reply under the review
  2. Write your response and hit Send
  3. Your reply posts directly on the original platform



✅ Pro tip: Always reply — even a short “Thanks!” shows customers you’re listening.


Best Practices


  • Respond fast → Same-day responses boost customer confidence
  • Celebrate the positives → Thank customers for good reviews
  • Handle negatives well → Apologise, explain, and offer solutions
  • Ask for more reviews → Use Paydough’s QR codes and links to make it easy
  • Look for patterns → Reviews can highlight what’s working (and what’s not) in your business
