The Reviews Inbox allows you to respond directly to customer reviews from your Listings hub, providing a streamlined way to manage your ratings across multiple platforms without needing to visit each site individually.
To reply to a Review
Select Reviews from the menu
You’ll see:
- Your most recent reviews
- Star ratings and comments
- The platform where the review was posted
To reply :
- Click Reply under the review
- Write your response and hit Send
- Your reply posts directly on the original platform

- Respond fast → Same-day responses boost customer confidence
- Celebrate the positives → Thank customers for good reviews
