What is Reviews?

Reviews is your all-in-one tool for managing customer feedback across the web. Instead of jumping between Google, Facebook, and other platforms, Paydough brings everything together so you can:

• View all reviews in one dashboard

• Reply directly (where supported)

• Stay on top of feedback with simple filters and sorting

Connecting Your Accounts

To use Reviews, make sure your Google and Facebook business pages are connected. 

This enables Paydough to pull in your latest reviews and let you respond directly.

Finding Your Reviews

1. Go to your Paydough Dashboard

2. Select the Reviews tab on your location’s page

Here, you’ll see your reviews organised into:

• All → Every review across platforms

• Unread → New reviews you haven’t opened yet

• Read → Reviews you’ve already checked

• Replied → Reviews you’ve responded to

Unread vs. Read Reviews

• Unread reviews appear in bold

• Read reviews appear in regular font

This makes it easy to spot what still needs your attention.

Special Types of Reviews

• Questions → Some customers post questions directly on Google (instead of leaving a rating). These will show up in Reviews as if they were a review, and you can reply directly.

• Rating only → Google also allows customers to leave just a star rating (without text). These are still shown in Reviews so you can track overall customer sentiment.

? Tip: Even if a review doesn’t have text (or is just a star rating), a reply from you shows customers you’re engaged and care about feedback.
