How to Reply to Reviews from Different Channels Using Reviews

The Reviews Inbox allows you to respond directly to customer reviews from your Listings hub, providing a streamlined way to manage your ratings across multiple platforms without needing to visit each site individually. This article will guide you through replying to reviews from Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor, along with a list of other supported channels.


Replying to Google Reviews and Questions

To reply to Google reviews and questions, ensure that the Google account managing your Google Business Profile (GBP) page is connected to Listings.


Google Reviews:

  • Write your comment in the grey reply box.
  • Click 'Reply' to post your response.
  • You can post one reply per review and edit it after publishing.
  • Clicking 'View original post' will take you to your business's Google reviews page.


Google Questions:

  • Write your answer in the grey reply box.
  • Click 'Reply' to post your response.
  • You can reply multiple times to the same question.
  • Clicking 'View original post' will take you to the exact question on Google.


Replying to Facebook Reviews

To manage and reply to Facebook reviews, connect the Facebook account that manages your Facebook Business page to Listings.


Facebook Reviews:

  • Write your comment in the grey reply box.
  • Click 'Reply' to post your response.
  • You can reply multiple times, creating a thread of responses.
  • Clicking 'View original post' will take you directly to the review on Facebook (you need to be logged in).
